The Holland Heater CAF45 EC is an energy-efficient recirculation fan designed to provide effective and uniform air movement in professional greenhouse environments.

The CAF45 EC uses modern GreenTech EC motor technology, providing significantly higher efficiency compared with conventional AC fan technology. The improved efficiency reduces energy consumption and heat generation while supporting reliable long-term operation.

With an airflow capacity of 5620 m³/h, the CAF45 EC provides powerful and consistent air circulation for professional horticultural applications.

Continuous air movement helps reduce excessive humidity around crops and supports more uniform temperature distribution throughout the greenhouse, contributing to more stable growing conditions.

The EC motor allows continuous fan-speed adjustment through a 0–10 V analog control signal. The fan can also be connected to compatible climate computers using RS485 Modbus RTU communication for integration into automated greenhouse climate-control systems.

Unlike conventional AC motors, the rotational speed of the EC motor is independent of mains frequency. This allows consistent airflow performance while supporting both 50 Hz and 60 Hz electrical systems.

The CAF45 EC provides a minimum air throw of 40 m at maximum motor speed and zero pressure, allowing effective air circulation across larger greenhouse areas.

The fan features electronic motor protection and an IP54 protection class. Protective grilles are fitted as standard on both the suction and discharge sides for additional operating safety.

A 3 m connection cable is included, while different mounting brackets are optionally available for flexible installation.

Der CAF45 EC verwendet moderne GreenTech EC-Motortechnologie und bietet dadurch einen deutlich höheren Wirkungsgrad als herkömmliche AC-Ventilatortechnologie. Die verbesserte Effizienz reduziert den Energieverbrauch und die Wärmeentwicklung und unterstützt gleichzeitig einen zuverlässigen langfristigen Betrieb.

Mit einer Luftleistung von 5620 m³/h bietet der CAF45 EC eine leistungsstarke und gleichmässige Luftzirkulation für professionelle Gartenbauanwendungen.

Die kontinuierliche Luftbewegung unterstützt die Reduzierung übermässiger Feuchtigkeit im Pflanzenbereich und eine gleichmässigere Temperaturverteilung im gesamten Gewächshaus, wodurch stabilere Wachstumsbedingungen geschaffen werden können.

Der EC-Motor ermöglicht eine stufenlose Drehzahlregelung über ein analoges 0–10-V-Steuersignal. Zusätzlich kann der Ventilator über RS485 Modbus RTU mit kompatiblen Klimacomputern verbunden und dadurch in automatisierte Gewächshaus-Klimasteuerungssysteme integriert werden.

Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen AC-Motoren ist die Drehzahl des EC-Motors unabhängig von der Netzfrequenz. Dadurch wird eine gleichmässige Luftleistung ermöglicht und gleichzeitig der Betrieb mit 50-Hz- und 60-Hz-Stromnetzen unterstützt.

Bei maximaler Motordrehzahl und 0 Pa erreicht der CAF45 EC eine Mindestwurfweite von 40 m und ermöglicht dadurch eine effektive Luftzirkulation über grössere Gewächshausbereiche.

Der Ventilator verfügt über eine elektronische Motorsicherung und die Schutzklasse IP54. Sowohl auf der Ansaug- als auch auf der Ausblasseite sind serienmässig Schutzgitter für zusätzliche Betriebssicherheit montiert.

Ein 3 m langes Anschlusskabel ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Verschiedene Montagehalterungen sind optional für eine flexible Installation erhältlich.
