CarbonActive 1000 m³/h is a high-performance activated carbon filter designed for efficient removal of unwanted odours and airborne contaminants from extraction and ventilation systems. With a maximum airflow capacity of 1000 m³/h and a 200 mm connection, it combines powerful filtration performance with exceptionally low weight and compact dimensions.

Unlike conventional activated carbon filters that use a thick bed of carbon granulate, the CarbonActive Standard filter uses extremely fine activated carbon particles integrated into multilayer filter fleece. The small carbon particle size dramatically increases the active adsorption surface while allowing the filter to remain lightweight and compact.

The activated carbon is produced from 100% coconut shells and steam activated. Coconut-based activated carbon provides a very large adsorption surface and is particularly effective for capturing unwanted odours and volatile airborne compounds.

CarbonActive's multilayer filter construction is permanently sealed into the base and cover. This prevents unfiltered bypass air from entering the ventilation system and ensures that extracted air passes through the active filtration media.

Another major advantage is the extremely low pressure loss. The activated carbon fleece construction creates significantly less airflow resistance than many conventional carbon filters, allowing connected extraction fans to operate more efficiently.

Because the activated carbon is securely integrated into the fleece layers, the filter also prevents carbon fine-dust emissions. This provides cleaner operation and makes the filter particularly suitable for professional ventilation installations where clean airflow and reliable odour control are required.

A replaceable fine-dust pre-filter is included to protect the activated carbon media from dust and larger airborne particles, helping maintain filtration performance over time.

Application

Leichter Hochleistungs-Aktivkohlefilter für professionelle Luftreinigung

CarbonActive 1000 m³/h ist ein leistungsstarker Aktivkohlefilter zur effizienten Entfernung unerwünschter Gerüche und luftgetragener Schadstoffe aus Abluft- und Belüftungssystemen. Mit einer maximalen Luftleistung von 1000 m³/h und einem Anschluss von 200 mm kombiniert er hohe Filterleistung mit aussergewöhnlich niedrigem Gewicht und kompakten Abmessungen.

Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Aktivkohlefiltern mit einer dicken Schicht aus Aktivkohlegranulat verwendet der CarbonActive Standard Filter extrem feine Aktivkohlepartikel, die in mehrlagige Filtervliese integriert sind. Die geringe Partikelgrösse vergrössert die aktive Adsorptionsoberfläche erheblich und ermöglicht gleichzeitig eine leichte und kompakte Filterkonstruktion.

Die Aktivkohle wird zu 100 % aus Kokosnussschalen hergestellt und mit Wasserdampf aktiviert. Kokosbasierte Aktivkohle bietet eine sehr grosse Adsorptionsoberfläche und eignet sich besonders zur Aufnahme unerwünschter Gerüche und flüchtiger luftgetragener Verbindungen.

Die mehrlagige Filterkonstruktion von CarbonActive ist dauerhaft in Boden und Deckel eingegossen. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass ungefilterte Falschluft in das Belüftungssystem gelangt, und die gesamte Abluft wird zuverlässig durch das aktive Filtermedium geführt.

Ein weiterer grosser Vorteil ist der sehr geringe Druckverlust. Die Aktivkohlevlies-Konstruktion erzeugt deutlich weniger Luftwiderstand als viele konventionelle Aktivkohlefilter und ermöglicht dadurch einen effizienteren Betrieb des angeschlossenen Abluftventilators.

Da die Aktivkohle sicher in den Vliesschichten eingebunden ist, entstehen ausserdem keine Aktivkohle-Feinstaubemissionen. Dies sorgt für einen sauberen Betrieb und macht den Filter besonders geeignet für professionelle Lüftungsanlagen, bei denen saubere Abluft und zuverlässige Geruchskontrolle erforderlich sind.
