The CarbonActive EC PowerBox is a high-performance box fan designed for demanding professional intake and exhaust ventilation systems.

At the heart of the PowerBox is a high-quality ebm-papst EC centrifugal fan with a backward-curved impeller. The fan is integrated into a robust and compact metal housing, making installation into existing ventilation systems straightforward while providing high airflow and pressure performance.

EC motor technology enables precise and energy-efficient speed control. Fan output can be reduced to approximately 10% without the humming noise commonly associated with conventional speed-controlled AC fans.

The combination of high airflow and strong pressure performance makes the EC PowerBox particularly suitable for ventilation systems with carbon filters, long duct runs and other components that create significant airflow resistance.

A CE appliance connector and 3.5 mm jack are integrated into the PowerBox, allowing compatible CarbonActive controllers to be connected directly without complex wiring.

The modular control concept provides flexibility when climate-control requirements change. Compatible speed, temperature, temperature and humidity, or negative-pressure controllers can be used depending on the required ventilation strategy.

The backward-curved centrifugal fan design provides high pressure while maintaining efficient operation. The compact housing also offers an optimised relationship between physical size and airflow performance.

Gleichzeitig bietet das System eine hohe Luftleistung und einen hohen Druck.

Die EC-Motortechnologie ermöglicht eine präzise und energieeffiziente Drehzahlregelung. Die Ventilatorleistung kann auf ca. 10 % reduziert werden, ohne die bei herkömmlich geregelten AC-Ventilatoren häufig auftretenden Brummgeräusche.
