The CarbonActive EC PowerBox 3500 is a high-performance ventilation solution designed for professional intake and exhaust air systems where powerful airflow, high pressure and efficient operation are required.

At the heart of the PowerBox is a high-quality ebm-papst EC centrifugal fan with a backward-curved impeller. The fan is integrated into a compact metal housing, allowing straightforward installation into existing ventilation systems.

With an airflow capacity of up to 3500 m³/h and a pressure performance of up to 950 Pa, the PowerBox is suitable for demanding ventilation installations, including systems with carbon filters, ducting and other components that create airflow resistance.

Advanced EC motor technology provides efficient and precise speed control. Fan output can be reduced to approximately 10% without the humming noise commonly associated with conventional speed-controlled AC fans.

The EC technology also provides smooth, low-vibration operation while maintaining strong pressure performance and comparatively low power consumption.

A CE appliance connector and 3.5 mm jack are integrated into the PowerBox, allowing compatible CarbonActive controllers to be connected directly without complex wiring.

The modular control concept provides flexibility for different climate-control requirements. Compatible speed, temperature, temperature and humidity, or negative-pressure controllers can be connected according to the required ventilation strategy.

Im Zentrum der PowerBox arbeitet ein hochwertiger ebm-papst EC-Radialventilator mit rückwärtsgekrümmtem Laufrad. Der Ventilator ist in einem kompakten Metallgehäuse integriert und lässt sich dadurch einfach in bestehende Lüftungssysteme einbauen.

Mit einer Luftleistung von bis zu 3500 m³/h und einer Druckleistung von bis zu 950 Pa eignet sich die PowerBox für anspruchsvolle Lüftungsinstallationen, einschliesslich Systemen mit Aktivkohlefiltern, Lüftungsrohren und weiteren Komponenten, die einen erhöhten Luftwiderstand verursachen.

Die moderne EC-Motortechnologie ermöglicht eine effiziente und präzise Drehzahlregelung. Die Ventilatorleistung kann auf ca. 10 % reduziert werden, ohne die bei herkömmlich geregelten AC-Ventilatoren häufig auftretenden Brummgeräusche.

Die EC-Technologie ermöglicht zusätzlich einen ruhigen und schwingungsarmen Betrieb bei gleichzeitig hoher Druckleistung und vergleichsweise geringem Stromverbrauch.

Ein CE-Gerätestecker und ein 3,5-mm-Anschluss sind direkt in die PowerBox integriert. Dadurch können kompatible CarbonActive Controller ohne aufwendige zusätzliche Verkabelung angeschlossen werden.
