The CarbonActive EC PowerBox 5000 is a high-performance EC box fan designed for demanding professional intake and exhaust ventilation systems.

At the heart of the PowerBox is an ebm-papst EC centrifugal fan with a backward-curved impeller. The fan is integrated into a robust and compact metal housing, allowing straightforward installation into existing ventilation systems.

With an airflow capacity of up to 5000 m³/h and a pressure performance of up to 1250 Pa, the EC PowerBox is suitable for demanding ventilation installations, including systems with carbon filters, longer duct runs and other components that create significant airflow resistance.

Advanced EC motor technology provides efficient and precise speed control. Fan output can be reduced to approximately 10% without the humming noise commonly associated with conventional speed-controlled AC fans.

The PowerBox is suitable for both intake and exhaust ventilation and combines high airflow performance with strong pressure and efficient operation.

A CE appliance connector and 3.5 mm jack are integrated into the PowerBox. Compatible CarbonActive controllers can therefore be connected directly without complex additional wiring.

The modular control concept allows the ventilation system to be adapted to different climate-control requirements. Compatible speed, temperature, temperature and humidity, or negative-pressure controllers can be used depending on the required application.

Die CarbonActive EC PowerBox 5000 ist ein leistungsstarker EC-Boxenventilator für anspruchsvolle professionelle Zu- und Abluftsysteme.

Im Zentrum der PowerBox arbeitet ein ebm-papst EC-Radialventilator mit rückwärtsgekrümmtem Laufrad. Der Ventilator ist in einem robusten und kompakten Metallgehäuse integriert und lässt sich dadurch einfach in bestehende Lüftungssysteme einbauen.

Mit einer Luftleistung von bis zu 5000 m³/h und einer Druckleistung von bis zu 1250 Pa eignet sich die EC PowerBox für anspruchsvolle Lüftungsinstallationen, einschliesslich Systemen mit Aktivkohlefiltern, längeren Lüftungswegen und weiteren Komponenten mit erhöhtem Luftwiderstand.

Die moderne EC-Motortechnologie ermöglicht eine effiziente und präzise Drehzahlregelung. Die Ventilatorleistung kann auf ca. 10 % reduziert werden, ohne die bei herkömmlich geregelten AC-Ventilatoren häufig auftretenden Brummgeräusche.

Die PowerBox eignet sich sowohl für Zu- als auch Abluftsysteme und kombiniert eine hohe Luftleistung mit starkem Druck und effizientem Betrieb.

Ein CE-Gerätestecker und ein 3,5-mm-Anschluss sind direkt in die PowerBox integriert. Dadurch können kompatible CarbonActive Controller ohne aufwendige zusätzliche Verkabelung angeschlossen werden.
