The GrowControl CO₂ Complete Set GrowBase Lite is a complete environmental control solution designed for precise CO₂ dosing and automated management of important indoor climate parameters.

The system combines the GrowBase Lite climate controller, CarbSense CO₂ sensor, CO₂ regulator and valve assembly, humidity and temperature sensor and CO₂ tubing in one coordinated package. A CO₂ cylinder is required separately.

At the centre of the system is the GrowBase Lite controller. It can manage temperature, relative humidity, CO₂ concentration and negative pressure while also providing control options for ventilation, lighting and other environmental equipment.

The included CarbSense continuously measures the CO₂ concentration of the room air. With a measuring range of 400–2000 ppm, the controller receives the information required to regulate the connected CO₂ supply automatically and maintain the configured concentration.

The included CO₂ regulator assembly connects to a compatible CO₂ cylinder and provides adjustable gas flow. Its electrically controlled 230 V valve allows the GrowBase Lite to activate or stop CO₂ dosing automatically according to sensor readings and controller settings.

In addition to CO₂ management, GrowBase Lite can control both AC and EC ventilation equipment. Compatible 0–10 V / 1–10 V lighting can also be dimmed, including programmable sunrise and sunset functions.

Temperature and humidity control can be integrated with ventilation, humidifiers and dehumidifiers. Negative-pressure regulation can also be configured with the appropriate equipment, helping maintain controlled airflow within the cultivation environment.

Multiple timer functions provide additional automation possibilities, including daily timers, interval timers and event timers. This allows pumps, circulation fans, lighting and other compatible equipment to be integrated into the environmental-control strategy.

Application

• Install the GrowBase Lite controller in a suitable protected location
• Position the temperature and humidity sensor in the relevant cultivation area
• Position the CarbSense CO₂ sensor where it can accurately measure room-air CO₂ concentration
• Connect the CO₂ regulator to a compatible CO₂ cylinder
• Connect the CO₂ valve and sensors to the GrowBase Lite according to the manufacturer instructions
• Configure the desired CO₂ concentration through the controller
• Adjust the CO₂ flow rate according to room volume and system requirements
• Configure temperature, humidity, ventilation and other required climate parameters

Das GrowControl CO₂-Komplettset GrowBase Lite ist eine vollständige Lösung zur präzisen CO₂-Dosierung und automatisierten Steuerung wichtiger Klimaparameter in Indoor-Kultivierungsräumen.

Das System kombiniert den GrowBase Lite Klimacontroller, den CarbSense CO₂-Sensor, eine CO₂-Armatur mit Druckminderer und Ventil, einen Luftfeuchte- und Temperatursensor sowie einen CO₂-Schlauch in einem aufeinander abgestimmten Komplettpaket. Eine CO₂-Druckflasche wird separat benötigt.

Das Herzstück des Systems ist der GrowBase Lite Controller. Er kann Temperatur, relative Luftfeuchtigkeit, CO₂-Konzentration und Unterdruck regeln und bietet zusätzlich Steuerungsmöglichkeiten für Lüftung, Beleuchtung und weitere Klimageräte.

Der mitgelieferte CarbSense misst kontinuierlich die CO₂-Konzentration der Raumluft. Mit einem Messbereich von 400–2000 ppm erhält der Controller die erforderlichen Messwerte, um die angeschlossene CO₂-Zufuhr automatisch zu regeln und die eingestellte Konzentration aufrechtzuerhalten.

Die mitgelieferte CO₂-Armatur wird an eine kompatible CO₂-Druckflasche angeschlossen und ermöglicht eine einstellbare Gaszufuhr. Das elektrisch gesteuerte 230-V-Ventil ermöglicht dem GrowBase Lite, die CO₂-Dosierung entsprechend den Sensorwerten und Controller-Einstellungen automatisch ein- und auszuschalten.

Neben der CO₂-Regelung kann GrowBase Lite sowohl AC- als auch EC-Lüftungsgeräte steuern. Kompatible Leuchten mit 0–10-V-/1–10-V-Schnittstelle können ebenfalls gedimmt werden, einschliesslich programmierbarer Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergangsfunktionen.

Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsregelung können mit Lüftung, Luftbefeuchtern und Luftentfeuchtern kombiniert werden. Mit entsprechender Ausstattung ist zusätzlich eine Unterdruckregelung möglich, um einen kontrollierten Luftstrom innerhalb des Kultivierungsraums aufrechtzuerhalten.

Mehrere Timerfunktionen bieten zusätzliche Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten, darunter Tages-, Intervall- und Event-Timer. Dadurch können Pumpen, Umluftventilatoren, Beleuchtung und weitere kompatible Geräte in die Klimasteuerung integriert werden.
