The Dosatron 4-Part Hobby Cultivator System is a modular, water-powered nutrient dosing system designed to automate proportional nutrient and additive injection for indoor and hydroponic cultivation.

The standard system is equipped with four Dosatron dosing pumps, allowing multiple nutrient components to be injected individually and proportionally into the incoming water flow.

Unlike conventional electrically powered dosing systems, the Dosatron system operates entirely from water pressure and does not require electricity for the dosing process.

As water passes through each dosing unit, the pump draws the selected concentrate from its stock solution container and injects it proportionally into the water stream.

The dosing ratio can be adjusted from 1:2000 to 1:200, corresponding to an injection range of 0.05–0.5% or approximately 0.5–5 ml of concentrate per litre of water.

The system operates across a water flow range of 1.89–18.9 l/min and requires an operating water pressure of 2.5–6 bar.

Its four-pump configuration makes the system suitable for multi-part nutrient programs, allowing separate concentrates to remain isolated until they are injected into the water stream.

Das Dosatron 4-Part Hobby Cultivator System ist ein modulares, wasserbetriebenes Nährstoff-Dosiersystem zur automatischen proportionalen Dosierung von Nährstoffen und Zusatzstoffen in Indoor- und hydroponischen Kultivierungssystemen.

Das Standardsystem ist mit vier Dosatron Dosierpumpen ausgestattet und ermöglicht dadurch die separate und proportionale Dosierung mehrerer Nährstoffkomponenten in den einströmenden Wasserfluss.

Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen elektrisch betriebenen Dosiersystemen arbeitet das Dosatron System vollständig mit Wasserdruck und benötigt für den Dosiervorgang keinen Strom.

Während das Wasser durch die einzelnen Dosiergeräte fliesst, saugt jede Pumpe das ausgewählte Konzentrat aus dem entsprechenden Vorratsbehälter an und dosiert es proportional in den Wasserstrom.

Das Dosierverhältnis kann zwischen 1:2000 und 1:200 eingestellt werden. Dies entspricht einem Dosierbereich von 0,05–0,5 % beziehungsweise ca. 0,5–5 ml Konzentrat pro Liter Wasser.
