The Dosatron D3RE10 is a professional water-powered proportional dosing pump designed for applications requiring precise injection of concentrated additives into a flowing water line.
The pump operates proportionally to the water flow and does not require an electric motor for the dosing process.
With an adjustable injection range of 1–10%, corresponding to a dosing ratio of 1:100 to 1:10, the D3RE10 is designed for applications requiring relatively high concentrations of injected product.
The unit operates across a wide water-flow range from 10 to 3,000 l/h, making it suitable for both lower-flow and larger water-treatment or dosing installations.
Operating water pressure can range from 0.5 to 6 bar, providing flexibility for integration into different pressurised water systems.
Depending on the selected dosing ratio and water flow, concentrated additive injection can range from 0.1 to 300 l/h.
The D3RE10 uses the flow and pressure of the water passing through the unit to drive the dosing mechanism. The selected concentrate is drawn into the pump and injected proportionally into the water stream.
This proportional operating principle means that changes in water flow automatically result in corresponding changes in the amount of concentrate injected, helping maintain the selected dosing ratio.
The pump features an optimised polypropylene body and an ergonomic dosing adjustment system for straightforward configuration.
Injection takes place at the outlet of the pump, while the D3 series is designed to support both micro- and macro-dosing applications depending on the selected configuration.
The standard D3RE10 is equipped with seals suitable for acidic and alkaline additives.
Optional configurations are available for more demanding chemical applications, including a PVDF housing for highly concentrated acids and other aggressive concentrates.
Additional options include special seals for highly concentrated acids and kits for dosing viscous additives.
