Die Dosatron D8RE2 VF ist eine professionelle proportionale Hochleistungs-Dosierpumpe zur präzisen Dosierung konzentrierter Zusatzstoffe in fliessendes Wasser.

Die VF-Ausführung ist mit Dosierdichtungen ausgestattet, die für saure Zusatzstoffe empfohlen werden, und eignet sich dadurch für kompatible saure Konzentrate.

Die Pumpe wird vollständig durch Wasserdurchfluss und Wasserdruck angetrieben und benötigt für den Dosiervorgang keinen Strom.

Während das Wasser durch das Gerät fliesst, treibt der hydraulische Mechanismus das Dosiersystem an, saugt das Konzentrat aus einem separaten Behälter an und dosiert es proportional in den Wasserstrom.

Die dosierte Konzentratmenge bleibt proportional zum Wasservolumen, das durch die Pumpe fliesst. Dadurch wird das eingestellte Dosierverhältnis auch bei Veränderungen des Wasserdurchflusses aufrechterhalten.

Mit einem einstellbaren Dosierbereich von 0,2–2 %, entsprechend einem Dosierverhältnis von 1:500 bis 1:50, ermöglicht die D8RE2 VF eine präzise proportionale Dosierung für zahlreiche Anwendungen.
