METROP MR2 is a highly concentrated biomineral liquid fertilizer specifically developed for the flowering and fruiting phase. Its powerful NPK 10-20-40 formulation combines nitrogen, phosphorus, a particularly high potassium concentration, magnesium and a comprehensive range of chelated trace elements.

During the reproductive phase, plants have an increased requirement for potassium. Potassium plays an essential role in water regulation, stomatal function, carbohydrate metabolism and the transport of sugars toward developing flowers and fruits.

A key characteristic of MR2 is its phosphorus-to-potassium ratio of 1:2. The formulation contains 20% phosphate and 40% potassium, providing twice as much potassium as phosphorus. This ratio is specifically designed to support the development of large, full and dense flowers and fruits.

Phosphorus remains important during flowering because it supports energy transfer and continued root development. Magnesium contributes to chlorophyll and protein synthesis, helping plants maintain efficient photosynthesis throughout the demanding flowering phase.

MR2 also contains a comprehensive range of chelated micronutrients including iron, manganese, copper and zinc, together with boron, cobalt and molybdenum. These elements support photosynthesis, enzyme activity and the natural production of plant-specific compounds.

The high-purity raw materials used in MR2 allow an exceptionally concentrated formulation while maintaining excellent water solubility. The nutrient solution maintains a stable EC after mixing and is designed to minimise deposits and blockages in nutrient reservoirs and irrigation systems.

METROP MR2 can be used in soil, coco and hydroponic cultivation. In the complete Metrop feeding program, MR1 is used during vegetative growth and pre-flowering before transitioning to MR2 during the main flowering phase. Due to the high potassium concentration, an additional PK 13/14 booster is generally not required.

Application

Root Feeding / Hydroponics / Potting Soil

• Maximum dosage: 100 ml per 100 L of water
• Equivalent to maximum 10 ml per 10 L of water
• Equivalent to maximum 1 ml per litre of water
• Start approximately from the 3rd or 4th week of flowering, depending on flower development
• Gradually increase the dosage according to plant requirements and development
• Continue through the flowering phase until the final stage
• Flush during the final week if required
• In nutrient-rich soil, apply approximately 1–3 times per week
• In hydroponic cultivation, use according to plant requirements and target EC
• Due to the high concentration, maintain careful control of EC
• In hydroponic cultivation, combine with METROP Calgreen according to the Metrop feeding program
• An additional PK 13/14 booster is generally not required

Foliar Application

• Maximum dosage: 15 ml per 5 L of water
• Equivalent to maximum 3 ml per litre of water
• Equivalent to maximum 30 ml per 10 L of water
• Apply once or twice per week according to plant requirements
• Prepare a fresh spray solution for every application
• Do not adjust the pH of the foliar solution
• Apply separately from other foliar fertilizers

METROP MR2 ist ein hochkonzentrierter biomineralischer Flüssigdünger, der speziell für die Blüte- und Fruchtbildungsphase entwickelt wurde. Die leistungsstarke NPK 10-20-40 Formulierung kombiniert Stickstoff, Phosphor, eine besonders hohe Kaliumkonzentration, Magnesium und eine umfassende Auswahl chelatierter Spurenelemente.

Während der generativen Phase steigt der Kaliumbedarf der Pflanze deutlich an. Kalium spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei Wasserregulierung, Spaltöffnungsfunktion, Kohlenhydratstoffwechsel und dem Transport von Zucker zu den sich entwickelnden Blüten und Früchten.

Ein besonderes Merkmal von MR2 ist das Phosphor-Kalium-Verhältnis von 1:2. Die Formulierung enthält 20 % Phosphat und 40 % Kalium und liefert damit doppelt so viel Kalium wie Phosphor. Dieses Verhältnis wurde speziell zur Unterstützung grosser, voller und dichter Blüten und Früchte entwickelt.

Anwendung

Wurzelanwendung / Hydroponik / Topferde

• Maximale Dosierung: 100 ml pro 100 L Wasser
• Entspricht maximal 10 ml pro 10 L Wasser
• Entspricht maximal 1 ml pro Liter Wasser
• Je nach Blütenentwicklung ungefähr ab der 3. oder 4. Blütewoche verwenden
• Dosierung entsprechend Pflanzenbedarf und Entwicklung schrittweise erhöhen
• Während der Blüte bis zur Endphase weiterverwenden
• In der letzten Woche bei Bedarf spülen
• Bei nährstoffreicher Erde ca. 1–3-mal pro Woche anwenden
• In Hydrokultur entsprechend Pflanzenbedarf und Ziel-EC verwenden
• Aufgrund der hohen Konzentration den EC-Wert sorgfältig kontrollieren
